Recognized for delivering actionable assessments, accurate budgeting, and successful execution of capital and tenant improvement projects ranging from $10,000 to $10 million.​

Michael Cotton, Facility Condition Advisor

Accomplished facilities systems specialist with 17 years of experience in the inspection, service, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire & life safety systems. Proven expertise in conducting facility condition assessments, identifying deficiencies, and developing cost-effective solutions to ensure code compliance, safety, and operational efficiency. Mr. Cotton is skilled at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support municipal, commercial, and institutional facility projects.
